MSRC Training Courses
Certified Fiber Optic Specialist - Connectors (Mil Spec and Ruggedized)
This course is designed for qualified technicians who desire to learn
about fiber optic Mil-Spec and Ruggedized Connectors (MSRC).  The
course includes the M83526
connector, Ruggedized ST, Pierside, F-Link
(Fiber Optic and Electrical Inter-Connect System), and the new
Intelligent Release Interconnect System (IRIS) designed for traffic
control systems.  Attendees will learn how to assemble, terminate and
test these connectors.  

The minimum prerequisite for attending this course is the Basic Fiber
Optic Technician course with a current CFOT designation.

Prerequisites: Basic Technician (CFOT)
Skill Level: Certified Fiber Optic Specialist (CFOS/C) - (MSRC)
Duration: 8 - 16 Hours (Depending on number of course modules)
